#TweenPR is a weekly chat held on Mondays at 9pm ET/6pm PT, moderated by myself and @nicoleprexec, where “mid-level” between 4-8 years of solid PR experience) professionals can come together to discuss key issues in managing clients and coworkers, elevating your status in an organization, enhancing your PR skill set and self-branding.

We all come to that time in our public relations career where we wonder, am I senior level yet? What do I need to do in order to be promoted to that next level? Or, like many of us, you find your skill set and PR intuition developed quickly and you are already working in a senior level position without the “normal” required years of experience behind you. You know your strengths and areas that need improvement, are contributing or developing communications plans, manage much of the day-to-day contact with clients but are lacking a mentor or non-biased seasoned executive to help you grow into your current position or desired position.

It’s an awkward period but exciting at the same time as you grow and come into your own. #TweenPR is a chat where PR professionals can come together with mid-senior level PR executives and discuss a range of issues. Bloggers, journalists, recruiters and established PR moguls will participate as guests where we interview and chat with them.
