Suzie loves people and isn’t a fan of writing in the third person. So I’m going the casual route now. Almost a year ago I moved to Arizona following being laid off from a small business in Virgina. I’m discovering a wonderful wine industry in this state and also working for a great public relations agency. I stumbled into the wine industry three years ago and rediscovered how much I really love wine and all the nitty-gritty details that go with it. I was a wine consultant for Total Wine working with individuals and businesses on wine selections for a variety of occasions. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting winemakers from across the world and tasting their wines. I also got to know many of the wonderful wineries in Virginia and look forward to returning and visiting all of them.
I’m a native Californian but have spent most of my life in Colorado and New York. I’m a runner, skier, foodie, traveler, entertainer, wine enthusiast, fashionista, social butterfly and night owl. I love to cook, play with my mini-schnauzer Baxter, spend time with my family and friends, write and I live to be outside. Following a hamstring injury, I’m back to training for my second marathon where the goal is to qualify for Boston. I love a good challenge and I have endless curiosity when it comes to life. I read everything I can get my hands on.
